Skincare review: Murad Acne Body Wash

This is the first of a large batch of samples I plan to review from Spalook - who were nice enough to send me an array of the products they offer. One of the products that caught my eye was this Murad Acne Body Wash. I'm a fan of Murad's anti acne products, especially the exfoliating alpha/beta hydroxy gel.

I used this sample for several days both on my body and my face. I don't really get body acne so I can't say if it was helpful in preventing that, but I did like this product on my face, surprisingly! The micro-pumice was a nice manual exfoliant, and the blue gel cleanser with 1% salicylic acid is a chemical exfoliant, although I don't think the few seconds it's on my face is particularly effective. However, my skin was clean, glowing, and not tight when I was through, and I didn't get any breakouts while the 1 oz tube lasted.

It's $32.20 for a 8.5 oz. bottle, which isn't cheap, but if you want to invest in having clear skin and lower end products aren't cutting it, I'd suggest trying this.
