Late last Friday night, we got shut down on our quest for ice cream and had to resort to CVS for something sweet. Somehow, I ended up with a new tube of mascara...presciently, perhaps, because I've been needing to get rid of many, many tubes of 1+ year old mascara, and restarting Modern Atelier has been just the thing to get me on that. But of course, I had to crack this one open.
Indeed, it does make the lashes loooong, lush, and dark. However, it started to burn about halfway through the day. Is there a waterproof version in the works? I hope so, because this baby has promise. Maybe in a less-sweaty month (like January) this would be perfect, but for summer, alas. For now, I stick to my long favorite, Maybelline Full and Soft waterproof. I wonder if layering the two would make it less sting-y about the eyes?
